Shibden Hall

Shibden Hall is a historic house built in 1420, for over 300 years this house was the home of the Lister family. Many generations of families have lived in the house. Set in 90 acres of parkland, Shibden Hall is a popular attraction. Shibden Hall is open to the public and often hosts events, which can be found on our events page. Facilities inside the parkland include walks, orienteering course, children’s play area, boat hire, miniature railway and golf. Recommended for families.

Summer (March to November)

Monday to Saturday: 10am to 5pm
Sunday: 12pm to 5pm

Winter (December to Feburary)

Monday to Saturday: 10am to 4pm
Sunday: 12pm to 4pm
